KEEP THE MOMENTUM GOING
After months of renovations and building up excitement on social media, the doors to the coolest new business in town (yours) have opened. The crowd surged endlessly for weeks and TripAdvisor reviews raved about the experience, the product, the vibe and your hip staff.

Two months on, the throng has slowed to a trickle.

How do you keep the momentum going?

- Advertise your business to generate a local following and customers from further afield
- Tell your story to introduce yourself and your business to your community and potential customers
- Build your story through marketing activities, growth and evolution, customer and community relationships and your own experiences, challenges and achievements

Do you need help to build and tell your story?

Contact us to discuss how the Deep Hill Media team can raise your profile through a range of written communication and visual options across varied communications platforms.

END OF FINANCIAL YEAR
With June 30 looming, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:
  1. Written and visual communications which promote your business could qualify as tax deductions for your business. Ask your accountant for details.
  2. Businesses which commission Deep Hill Media for written and/or visual communications before June 30, 2017, will receive a 5% discount off our current fees. (* accounts must be settled by COB on June 30, 2017, to be eligible for the discount)
  3. All Deep Hill Media fees and charges will rise by 5% from July 1, 2017, to reflect rising costs and CPI.
MEDIA SPOTLIGHT
Media exposure doesn't just ensure everyone in the supermarket recognises you for a while. It highlights your business to potential customers further afield. Congratulations to the following businesses which made the media in the past few weeks:

Everglades Historic House & Gardens: Taxidermist and artist Rod McRae's challenging exhibition Wunderkammer was featured in the Sydney Morning Herald and the Canberra Times this past weekend.

Blue Mountains Vintage Cadillacs: A full-page editorial package added value and ensured the business drew maximum attention with a double-page feature spread in Bridal Bliss magazine, published annually by the Western Weekender and distributed through the Nepean and Blue Mountains areas.

Hydro Majestic Hotel: A hosted visit by an Australian Associated Press journalist paid dividends for Escarpment Group when a story was published on Yahoo NZ and Adelaide's InDaily. The hotel's Yulefest activities were also featured on the Newcastle Herald website and 130 Fairfax regional newspaper websites by travel columnist and regular Blue Mountains visitor John Rozentals.
