A teen is facing charges of making a false threats of terrorism against local schools and communicating bomb threats.
Toni Strickland, 18, was taken into custody Thursday and was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
According to Clark County School District Police, Strickland is accused of posting the threats on social media Wednesday.
The school district said all threats involving schools are taken very seriously.
Parents of school district students did receive a call Thursday morning letting them know that an arrest had been made and it was safe for their children to attend school.
