So, how was the chocolate cake, guys? On Wednesday night, President Trump hosted a few dinner guests at the White House including former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, rocker/conservative activist Ted Nugent and Kid Rock.

“A great night at the White House,” Palin posted on her Facebook page, alongside a picture of the group huddled over some paperwork at Trump’s Oval Office desk. “Thank you to President Trump for the invite!”

Nugent and Kid Rock (nee Robert James Ritchie) were among the few “celebrities” to support Trump on the campaign trail. Nugent was an outspoken critic of former president Barack Obama and Trump’s presidential rival, Hillary Clinton. The dinner guests — Nugent, Palin, and Kid Rock — posed for a smirky picture in front of Clinton’s portrait at the White House.

On Facebook, Nugent boasted of the visit alongside a pic of him shaking hands with Trump in the Oval Office and hinted that he’d tell more about the unusual confab soon. “your 1 & only MotorCity Madman WhackMaster StrapAssasin1 dined with President Donald J Trump at the WhiteHouse to Make America Great Again!” he wrote. “Got that? Glowing all American over the top WE THE PEOPLE gory details coming ASAP!! BRACE!”

So today is the 242nd anniversary of The Shot Heard Round The World is it! Well well well looky looky here boogie…
