gnu/gEDA-pcb and Gimp 2.8 on a PPC Mac (OSX)

No one's using a PPC Mac, these days, right? Well, I AM, dammit! (was, unfortunately, as of about a year ago... RIP my dear friend).

And I know I'm not alone, as there're entire websites dedicated to us die-hards...

gnu-PCB, from http://pcb.geda-project.org/index.html

I *believe* I've *finally* managed to compile a complete *standalone* .app package of pcb for a mac PPC...

Ideally, no need for macports!

Add it to your "dock" and watch that icon bounce as it loads...

And rest-assured that it'll keep running even after you do macports's 'port install' of another package and forget the '-n' option... or worse, install something new that won't work with your old libraries...

At least, that's the hope and the look of things. It loads, it loads libraries, it loads files made previously... and *finally* it continues to do-so after I've reactivated all my macports installations to run gimp 2.8 and avr-gcc 4.8. I've checked as best I can to make sure it's not loading *any* files/libraries from /opt/local/ (all necessary files/libraries *should* be inside the application-bundle). So, even if you don't know a thing about macports, it should work for yah... (certainly wouldn't mind some feedback!)

Hope it helps someone!

Gimp-2.8

Most of the above notes apply to Gimp-2.8, as well.
