| 4th of July Fit Tips! I know tons of you will be attending fun cookouts today & will be struggling with how to not over indulge. Here are a couple tips!
- If it doesn't taste good, don't finish it! Throw it away....or give it to someone else to finish :)
- Eat something before you go, that way you won't be ravenous when you arrive and raid the goodie table....or devour 3 hamburgers! :-)
- Plan accordingly...If you are attending 2 cookouts in one day pace yourself and figure out which one will have better desserts and reward your taste buds there :)
