Ralph Buultjens, professor at NYU and long-time faculty member of the
Center for Global Affairs, will discuss the current global cold and hot
wars in his lecture "The State of the World 2016".

Some questions his lecture will address:
Are we seeing a new era of global disorder?
Will America gain or lose status in the world?
Can the conflicts in the Middle East be contained?
Is the US and Russia engaged in a new Cold War?
Are US/China disputes escalating?
