HURRICANE DISASTER RELIEF 

DC has been my home for about 20 years. The DC jazz community is my extended family. I would like to ask you for your help raising funds. You are invited to a fundraising concert at Alice’s Jazz and Cultural Society on Sunday, September 24, 2017, at 2 pm.

Victor Provost, Amin Gumbs, and I are from the US Virgin Islands. We have family and friends in the USVI who have been displaced by Hurricane Irma. Now they are preparing for another devastating hurricane. Many people in the Caribbean have lost everything. Unfortunately, some are no longer on this planet. Our hometown is in dire need of relief. Family and friends in Dominica, Anguilla, the USVI, and the BVI have experienced great hardship. Help us raise funds for much-needed relief.

Suggested donation: $25 (give what you can)

All funds raised will be donated to hurricane relief organizations.
