Add food to your garden
Landscaping is expensive. Plants and grass need water and maintenance and yes they may look pleasing and compliment your home but if you added vegetables, herbs and fruit to your garden you can save money on food and have access to healthy organic produce from your garden.
Many children do not even know what healthy food looks and tastes like in its natural state. You could use your garden to educate your children and instill an appreciation for nature and sustainability.

Call or email me if you want a free no obligation quote on how we can add food to your garden. Winter is the best time to plan this addition to your garden.

 Please Gillian on 082 602 2882  or email terramadresoutharica@gmail.com

Our furry companions just love treats, don’t they? And we all love to spoil them.
Pet e FOURS has a healthy alternative to store bought treats, which often contain ingredients like grains and fillers, preservatives, colourants and additives.
Why support organic/permaculture farming?
  • Roundup (glyphosate), the most widely used herbicide in the world, is linked to a host of health risks, such as cancer, miscarriages and disruption of human sex hormones.
  • Genetically modified foods and crops pose serious threats to human and animal health.
  • Pesticides kill off healthy gut flora and increase pathogens in the gut which lead to a compromised immune system.
  • Hormones used in meat and milk production may be linked to cancer, hormone disruption in humans and may cause us to develop antibodies against these foods which then manifests as 'allergies/intolerance'
  • Traditional farming practices can include inhumane treatment of animals and destroys the soil.
  • Organic/Permaculture/Biodynamic farming supports smaller subsistence farmers and is better for the earth and climate.
  • And.. the food tastes better :)
  • We have highlighted in the comments which items are not organically grown. We are sourcing these items from a local farm which grows some items hydroponically while others are soil grown. They have worked hard to rebuild their soil with their own compost and so doing have drastically reduced their chemical fertiliser use. Aside from the hydroponic section, they only use micro nutrients where a specific need is identified. Plant health is seen as key to discouraging pests and organic products are used in preference to chemical sprays. However as they do still use chemicals occasionally, we wanted our customers to make their own decision regarding the produce from this farm. So many of our small organic growers are really battling with the weather this season and we have not been able to grow or source these items consistently for a while.

We supply a full range of healthy supplements
Unfortunately we do not get enough of the right nutrition from our food to build up and maintain healthy cells. It is important to supplement with a good quality range of supplementation. We stock Aim products. Please read here for more info. The range is quite extensive so please let us know what your requirements are. I use these supplements in our Wellness Made Easy Programme too.
