Phone call with Police

Hi you all lovely followers. After 4 weeks of not knowing what was happening. And having been misled as to the investigation, and told that a carer had been arrested and now was a criminal case. That was not so I am afraid to report. I finally got a call from the DC who’s dealing with the case. He was very lovely and very open. He had been watching cctv footage and had some more to view. What he viewed was not very nice he told me. He said that the practices of restaurants were to a point questionable. Some restraints that were used on Ste were used by police on some cases. But he agreed that in a care home it should not happened. There’s many restraints many he said in Ste that should not have happened. He also trough those could not ascertain that were the ones that caused the broken clavicle, he also said that Ste was at various times pushed and shoved against walls by carers. Some of the pushes and shoves with hands on Ste in a manor that should not happen. He agreed with me that the broken clavicle could have happened inside bedrooms or bath as there’s no cameras in there. Also he could see there was lots of verbal bring used on Ste however there’s no sound, so he again could not hear what was being said. He says that criminal case he is not sure of. But there’s a case for neglect. And bad care. He also said that the cares siting around watching tv and not looking after Ste. He told me he that that hard to watch... as they are being paid to look after Ste and he did not see evidence of care in there. Ste was left to his own devices. He also said due to carers not caring for my son and looking after him of doing something with him. He believed tbatbis why Ste gets anxious and reacts. Who can blame him. He is bored. And boredom is what is making Ste having the Behaviours. So glad a police officer can see that I told him so. So I asked what happens next. He said that he was going to finish watching the cctv footage. And then at some point this week he wants cqc ccg the atu safeguarding team to go to a meeting with him and a colleague, he wants them to see the footage. And he says that if they can’t make s case criminal Maybe There’s a way to go as neglect. He feels Ste is being neglected. Well that is not new. I know that. I know that. They lock my son in 24/7 and do nonthing with him. Instead they physically and mentally abuse my child. This people one day will pay. By god they will pay.
