Northwest Ordinance - July 13,1787

Much that is written today about the Founders and the Indians is pure conjectural fiction, and liberals like making up history so they don't have to admit to anything later on in history.

The following Ordinance proves beyond doubt that America was benevolent with few exceptions to all the original people on this continent BY LAW! Dealing with rouge elements not withstanding much of our original dealings was good. Wars were forced upon us by France who misused the Indians against us and misunderstandings furthered suspicions.

The original intent towards the Indians was free of much of what we learn in modern schools today, this document proves that true. But like all good things the nature of man can ruin our best intentions on BOTH SIDES OF THE ISSUE!

Northwest Ordinance

Adopted by the Congress of the Confederation in 1787, the Northwest Ordinance set forth a model for the expansion of the American republic. Providing a governing structure for the territory that would later become Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin, it prohibited slavery, protected religious liberty, and encouraged education. Following the adoption of the Constitution, the new Congress passedthe Northwest Ordinance again in 1789.

July 13,1787

....Section 13.

 And for extending the fundamental principles of civil and religious liberty, which form the basis whereon these republics, their laws and constitutions, are erected; to fix and establish those principles as the basis of all laws, constitutions, and governments, which forever hereafter shall be formed in the said territory; to provide, also, for the establishment of States, and permanent government therein, and for their admission to a share in the Federal councils on an equal footing with the original States, at as early periods as may be consistent with the general interest....

Article I


No person, demeaning himself in a peaceable and orderly manner, shall ever be molested on account of his mode of worship, or religious sentiments, in the said territories.

Article II


The inhabitants of the said territory shall always be entitled to the benefits of the writs of habeas corpus, and of the trial by jury; of a proportionate representation of the people in the legislature, and of judicial proceedings according to the course of the common law. All persons shall be bailable, unless for capital offenses, where the proof shall be evident, or the presumption great. All fines shall be moderate; and no cruel or unusual punishment shall be inflicted. No man shall be deprived of his liberty or property, but by the judgment of his peers, or the law of the land, and should the public exigencies make it necessary, for the common preservation, to take any person’s property, or to demand his particular services, full compensation shall be paid for the same. And, in the just preservation of rights and property, it is understood and declared, that no law ought ever to be made or have force in the said territory, that shall, in any manner whatever, interfere with or affect private contracts, or engagements,  bona fide, and without fraud previously formed.

Article III


Religion, morality, and knowledge being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of education shall forever be encouraged. The utmost good faith shall always be observed towards the Indians; their lands and property shall never be taken from them without their consent; and in their property, rights, and liberty they never shall be invaded or disturbed unless in just and lawful wars authorized by Congress; but laws founded in justice and humanity shall, from time to time, be made, for preventing wrongs being done to them, and for preserving peace and friendship with them....

History tells of great suffering concerning both the way the Indians were dealt with and the way the Indians dealt with others.  Speaking from a purely spiritual standpoint ALL TRIBES OF MEN are punished for idolatry's and false worshiping of other gods outside the true God of scripture and the American Indians AND the Whites were no exception to the biblical standard.

While the American Indians believed in some good things, as a whole there were major problems with their spiritual beliefs that lead them into false worship and even human sacrifices in some groups.

The Aztec Religion -

 The Aztecs worshiped nature. They believed in the "time space" and various cycles of the nature. They worshiped the Sun and the Moon gods. The Aztec religious calendar "Tonalpohualli" played an important role in their rituals. They practiced human sacrifice to appease their gods. The Aztec civilization existed between the 14th and 16th century in Mexico. During this period, Aztecs build many temples and pyramids. When Mexico was conquered by Spain, the Aztec temples were destroyed and were replaced with Spanish churches.

The Mayan Religion -

Mayans were natives of Guatemala, EL Salvador, Northern Belize, Southern Mexico and the western region of Honduras. Mayan civilization was powerful during the 3rd century AD. Like the Aztecs, Mayans also, worshiped the nature. They built many pyramid-temples such as "Chichen Itza", "Tikal", "Uxmal" and so on. The Mayan pyramids were a part of the Mayan culture and are today, considered as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. During the Spanish invasion, many of the Mayan religious books and temples were destroyed.

The Religion of the Californian Indians -

The Native Americans of California practice shamanism. One of the traditional beliefs of shamanism is to communicate with the spirits of the dead. The person who practiced shamanism is called a shaman. A shaman was considered as the priest of high order who treated ailments caused by the bad spirits.

The Religion of the Inuits -

The natives of the Arctic regions like (Greenland, Alaska (US), parts of Canada) are grouped as Inuits. Inuits practice shamanism and have many folklores and myths to defend their religion. The person who practiced shamanism was known as "Angakkuq". Inuits believe in life after death and practice an art of searching for their family and friend of next birth looking at the "Aurora Borealis" or the northern lights. The Inuits worship nature; and Sedna, the goddess of the sea, depicted as an old woman, was their main deity.

The Incas Religion -

 Incas civilization existed in South America between the twelfth and the early sixteenth century. The Incas worshiped the Sun god as their main deity and had built many temples for him. They believed in life after death and also believed in the existence of heaven and hell. The ruins of the Incas civilization can be seen in Peru.

The Plains Native American Religion -

The religion practiced by the Native Americans living in the plains was "Animist" (who believe in spirits of the dead). The Native Americans living in the plains worshiped a god known as "Wakan Tanka", meaning the Great Spirit, in the Sioux language. These people also worship the "Mother Earth" and consider her as the mother of all spirits. One of the religious rituals is the Sun Dance.

The Iroquois Religion -

Iroquois Native Americans believe in twin forces known as "Loskeha" meaning good and "Tawiscara" meaning bad. The Native Americans believe Loskeha brought all the goodness in life, while Tawiscara spread sufferings and brought ill-luck. The Iroquois Indians celebrated festivals such as "Maple festival", "Corn Planting" (Green Corn), "Strawberry" and the "Harvest Festival" of Thanksgiving.

The Hopi Religion -

The Hopi religion plays an important part in binding the Hopi community. They believe in spirits and worship "Nature". Hopi Indians believe in many gods and goddesses. Many of their ceremonies are related to the Rain god. The Hopi Indians worship over 350 spirits whom they called "Kachinas" or "Katsinas". They believe that these guarding spirits come down to the earth during the "winter solstice" and they remain on earth till "summer solstice".

The Cherokee Religion -

According to the Cherokee tribes, the world is one and each and every one is related to all living creatures. Water plays an integral role in Cherokee worship. Taking a dip in a pool is a ritual practiced by the Cherokee Indians before an important ceremony, religious festival and also before a war. They celebrate "Green Corn Festival" annually, to appease the god of agriculture and to promote unity among their clan.

The Navajo Religion -

Navajo tribes form the largest Native American community in North America. These Native Indians call themselves "Diné". The festivals celebrated by the Navajo tribes are "Nightway" and "Mount Chant". According to the beliefs of Navajo religion, the Creator had found them a land between the four sacred mountains peaks - Blanca Peak and Hesperus Peak in Colorado, San Francisco Peaks in Arizona and Mount Taylor in New Mexico. They have been instructed by their God to never leave their homeland which nestles between these sacred mountain peaks.The Zuni Religion -

 The people of the Zuni clan are very religious and believe in spirits and worship nature. Their gods are known as "Kachinas". Some Kachinas worshiped are "Achiyalatopa", "Ahayuta", "Awonawilona" and "Kokopelli". Zuni tribes believe gods reside in the lakes of New Mexico and Arizona. Women of the Zuni tribe play a vital role in Zuni religion. They are considered as the central pillar in the life of the tribal community. The priests are known as the Shamans.

• Early American history

– Northwest ordinance of 1783 and the 1790 Trade and Intercourse Acts gave Indian tribes sovereignty and protection in exchange for their lands


– Naturalization Act of 1790 excluded nonwhite immigrants and Indians from citizenship (Takaki, 1993).


Government interventions


– 1830, the Indian Removal Act moved 70,000 Indians west of the Mississippi


• Trail of Tears


– Over 600 treaties were made with Indian tribes, often by force or with subgroups of Indians who did not represent tribal wishes



• Indian Appropriation Act of 1871 stated that “no Indian nation or tribe within the territory of the United States shall be acknowledged or recognized as an independent nation, tribe or power with whom the United States may contract by treaty.”


1887 -- Dawes Act which sought to discontinue reservations and help Indians become property owners and U.S. citizens


– Each Indian family was given 160 acres for 25 years


– Ironically, the 1906 Burke Act nullified the 25-year trust provision of the Dawes Act


– “Last arrow” pageants that marked the transition to American citizenship were established


– Indian religions and spirituality outlawed


• 1890 – Sitting Bull and hundreds of other Indians massacred by U.S. government at Wounded Knee to quell tribal nationalism.

While some of their histories can be traced back to the time of Noah because of their knowledge of certain things like a universal flood and in some cases One God controlling creation much of their worship was polluted by idolatry. No human being n this planet is exempt from God's Law, no people group can escape his judgment, once your sins have reached a certain point without Repentance God acts!


Just a casual reading of the Old Testament will reveal one truth that is unavoidable- God hates sin and will unleash his wrath against all practices that he has instilled in man as untouchable by nature itself.

ROMANS 1: 18-32

¹⁸ For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

¹⁹ Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

²⁰ For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

²¹ Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

²² Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

²³ And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

²⁴ Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

²⁵ Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

²⁶ For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

²⁷ And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

²⁸ And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

²⁹ Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

³⁰ Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

³¹ Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

³² Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them."

AND TRUST ME THE WHITE MAN WAS NOT THEN NOR NOW, EXEMPT FROM THIS SAME WRATH, THOSE WHO PROFESS ONE THING AND PRACTICE ANOTHER SHALL ALSO BE JUDGED!

BELOW is a very interesting history of America not taught in schools but it makes perfect sense nonetheless. WE HAVE BEEN LIED TOO!
