Welcome, and thank you for having an interest in preparing your child for a successful year, beginning with bus transportation!

Registration is only required if:
You are new to Natrona County School District
Your child was not registered for NCSD transportation during the 2016-2017 school year
You moved/changed address
Your address information is incorrect in Infinite Campus/Parent Portal
Your child is changing schools for the 2017-2018 school year/not attending same school as 2016-2017 year

If your child rode NCSD Transportation last year and you have not changed addresses or your child will not change schools, you do not need to register your child.

Key information for Busing Registration: 1. Make sure your address and contact numbers are current in Infinite Campus. To verify this check your Parent Portal @ natronaschools.org . 2. If your address is not correct , contact your student's school or the Infinite Campus Helpline (253-5306) to update your address. 3. Once address is updated, complete this registration form.

*Your address must be correct in Infinite Campus in order to process through our new routing software.

We need the following information before the schedule can be entered. Fill out one registration per child, completing all of the required questions. If you have additional questions regarding this application process, please contact the Transportation Department at 253-5283.

* If your child will attend the Main Boys & Girls Club in the afternoon, you must register your child for transportation with both the Boys & Girls Club and NCSD Transportation.

*If your child qualifies for Special Transportation a Bus Request Form will be completed at an IEP meeting with your child's teacher and school. That request will be submitted to Transportation by your child's school.

PLEASE NOTE: TRANSPORTATION WILL WORK DILIGENTLY TO PROCESS ALL REQUESTS WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. FOR REQUESTS MADE DURING THE SUMMER FOR THE UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR, PARENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED IN AUGUST OF STUDENT'S ROUTE INFORMATION. REQUESTS NEED TO BE IN THE SYSTEM BY 3:00 PM ON 25 AUG 2017 TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A ROUTE FOR THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL.
