Police are investigating after a man died following a single vehicle traffic crash near Weipa yesterday.
Police were advised around 9pm that a vehicle had rolled over about 50 kilometres east of Weipa on Peninsular Development Road.
The male driver of the vehicle died at the scene. Three children who were passengers in the vehicle were injured as a result of the crash.
There is no further information available.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
