Career Fair October 11th at LCHS
We are excited for the annual Leadville Lions Career Fair being held at Lake County High School Wednesday, October 11th from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. There will be over 100 presenters from a wide variety of career fields. Students will have the opportunity to visit with presenters, ask questions and even participate in demonstrations. Hands-on demonstrations that students will be able to participate in will include activities like welding, operating heavy equipment, cooking on hot plates and trying a slack line. These demonstrations are being offered by trained professionals. Just a few of the fields represented include law enforcement, the military, the ski industry, medical, business and hospitality. A list of presenters as well as a flyer for the event is attached.

Career Fair Parking Instructions: The High School East parking lot will be reserved for the 100 + presenters and the High School North parking lot will be used during the fair for outside exhibits. Please DO NOT park in these lots. Staff and students can park in the LCIS parking lot, or in the community field lot.
