Toms River Police Hope You Can ID This Man

Police said they are looking to talk with him in connection with a parking lot incident at Buffalo Wild Wings.

TOMS RIVER, NJ — Can you identify this man? Toms River police are hoping someone can tell them who he is.

The Toms River Police Department said it is seeking to talk to the man in the photo about an incident that occurred in the parking lot at Buffalo Wild Wings on Aug. 18.

"The man walks with a noticeable limp and is believed to be operating an older model dark four-door vehicle that is missing the front bumper," the department said in a post on Facebook. There was a woman with him during the incident who was described as being in her late 30s to early 40s.

Anyone with information should contact Detective James Carey at 732-349-0150 extension 1292 or send a private message to the department via Facebook.

"Some individuals sought by this police department are not assumed to have committed a crime. They may be a witness that we seek to identify in the furtherance of an investigation," the post said. "The media and the public are reminded that criminal charges are accusations only. Every criminal defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court."
