I'm posting this for my cousin Judi.
We grew up together in Brooklyn, NY during a time where kids actually played outside all day, and your entire family lived within four blocks.
She moved to New Orleans and built a life there. I moved to New Jersey and built a life here.
Recently, she lost everything in her home due to the New Orleans floods. As I looked through the pictures, there was an eerie resemblance to what many friends went through following Hurricane Sandy.
I would like to help, so I created a Go Fund Me page. Whatever you can do would be very appreciated and mean a lot to her.
The funds would be used to replace household items that are lost. Funny how the simple things mean so much once you no longer have them.
