I hope that you all had a fabulous and fun Halloween! Fall is in full force and winter seems to be knocking on the door every now and then...brrrrrrrr! With the colder weather, people tend to stay inside more and sometimes don't stick with their workout routines. Make sure you stick to your workout routines and you and your trainer set goals for the upcoming Fall/Winter seasons. Stay motivated! It can be hard to stay on schedule as the Holidays approach. Make sure your workouts are on your calendar and blocked off as personal time for you! With Holiday parties, family visits, extra treats lying around...it is easy to fall off track...but together we can do it! Don't give up on your goals because you ate too much last night or had too much wine, just jump right back on board!
