Bob Dylan to receive MusiCares Person of the Year

Bob Dylan will be honored as the 2015 MusiCares Person of the Year on Feb. 6, the Recording Academy and MusiCares Foundation announced Tuesday.

The 25th annual benefit dinner and concert will be hosted in Los Angeles the weekend of the Grammy Awards, scheduled for Feb. 8. Performers at Dylan's tribute concert include Beck, the Black Keys, Crosby, Stills & Nash, John Mellencamp, Willie Nelson, Norah Jones, Bonnie Raitt, Eddie Vedder, Jack White, Neil Young, Tom Jones and Los Lobos.

Dylan, a 10-time Grammy winner, joins a list of past honorees that includes Carole King, Bruce Springsteen, Paul McCartney and Barbra Streisand. Proceeds from the benefit will go to MusiCares, which supports musicians in times of financial, medical and personal need.
