Help Family of Seven Get Caught Up

This is my first fundraiser, so please bear with me.
The family is in dire need, but has asked that I keep their names and other specifics as anonymous as possible, due to some privacy concerns. I can relay any questions you have and let the family decide how they'd prefer to answer.
This is a fundrasier for a family who is struggling to get on their feet.
The husband was out of work for a year and then moved to another state. He's employed, but can't get his ahead above water with continual late-fees. It's like he's trying to climb on a life-raft, but everybody in the raft keeps bailing water on him.
The wife suffers from PTSD and other social anxieties, which requires pricey counseling and other medical expenses. The five children are home schooled.
They have fallen behind on their rent, and their landlord is threaten legal action this week. They also need to get caught up on their car payments. $1,300 would get them there. They are also in need of home-schooling supplies ($1,000+), which is what anything beyond that would go to.
They just need a little bit to get caught up so they can stay on their feet.
