Thuy's Egg Rolls

Mrs. Thuy Hermann is generously offering her skills and expertise in the area of Vietnamese food and cooking and decided to offer her fabulous and already famous egg rolls as a benefit to Encounter. These egg rolls are delicious when fresh and still delicious when frozen and baked or microwaved. They make wonderful appetizers, quick lunches for a family with a busy schedule or can be served as a snack.
If you wonder what do we need money for, here is the short list:
1. Sound equipment. We would like to buy a small portable sound system.
2. Monthly Adoration expenses: brochures, posters, sometimes sound system, scores.
3. Help in sponsoring events or participants, such as: March for Life, Lenten Retreat, Steubenville Youth Conference.
4. Ongoing: World Youth Day 2016 in Kraków with a possibility of sponsoring youth from the Third World (an idea being developed currently).
Prices: 15 for $10, 30 for $20, 45 for $30, 60 for $40 and so on. Time: from now till Thanksgiving.
