Going with the Divine Flow  

Beloved <<First Name>>, 

After much back and forth, I am suddenly off to India to teach at the International Yoga Festival at Parmarth Niketan Ashram, on the banks of the Ganges in the foothills of the Himalayas. This is a profoundly sacred, uplifting place where nature's beauty and prayerful ritual call us home to heaven's grace within. 

From Rishikesh I trave to Florida to meet Bhava for the Holistic Health Cruise with T. Colin Campbell, and to see my Mom!

And then back to India to shoot 43 episodes of Ayurveda & Healthy Eating for a new global television brand.

It's fun, I am excited, and I will miss my San Diego family and Yogis. So please join me on my travels by visiting my Facebook and Instagram pages where I will be posting photos of Yogis, Sages, Pujas, the Ganges, and maybe a monkey or two! I will also post tips for happy traveling and digestive ease on the road. 

I will be back for our Mastery of Life and Yoga Teacher Trainings.
