Robert Duvall and Tom Hardy are each involved with high-profile projects at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival, and both sat down with The Hollywood Reporter to discuss them.
In the forthcoming legal drama The Judge, Duvall plays the estranged father of Robert Downey Jr.‘s character. Duvall told THR that there was one scene in the script in particular that he wasn’t crazy about, causing him to initially pass on the film.
Duvall also reveals which of the films from his esteemed career are most likely to be remembered in years to come. Watch the video above.
Tom Hardy stars opposite James Gandolfini in The Drop, which marks the Sopranos star’s final film role.
Hardy shared his memories of Gandolfini with THR and was quick to emphasize the late actor’s great sense of humor.
