The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred last night at Kandanga.
Initial investigations indicate around 11pm, a sedan was travelling south-west on Mary Valley Road when it left the road and collided with a tree approximately 300m north of the intersection with Kandanga Creek Road.
A 22-year-old Cootharaba man, and driver of the vehicle, was found deceased at the scene.
Investigations are continuing. There is no further information available at this stage.
