1. This survey is part of a study that examines the potential for “Public Bicycle Sharing Programs in Asian Cities”as a sustainable and inclusive transport strategy in Asia’s urban centres.
2. We are seeking your participation as someone representing the public sector, private sector, civil society, stakeholder, or an individual representing a group, to provide your perception and impression towards bikeshares.
3. The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
4. Your name or the name of your organization will not be asked, so you will remain anonymous. But you will be asked for some information about your organization to help characterise and profile your organization. Once this is done, all information will be destroyed and will not be passed to anyone else.
5. Please remember that:
• Your participation is voluntary and you can withdraw from the process at any time.
• Completing the online questionnaire survey indicates your agreement to participate in the study. Your data is very important as we need a diverse group of respondents.
• All aspects of the study is strictly confidential. No individual participants nor their organization will be identifiable in any publication or report.
• A final report is available to you or your organization upon request.
• You are free to discuss your participation in this study with a project staff by phone (+61-4-1542-2217)or email (bikeshareasia@gmail.com). If you would like to speak to an officer of the University not involved in the study, you may contact the University Ethics Officer at +61-7-3365-6502.
