Fifth Week Fill-It Up Weekly Prize Drawing
Fill-It-Up Weekly Drawings
One week left! Scouts have one final chance to enter a weekly drawing for great prizes! To enter, make a copy of the Scout's completely filled order form and either email a copy, fax it (402.431. 0444), or drop a copy off to the Scout office (12401 W Maple Rd, Omaha, NE  68164). The previous weeks order forms must be in the office by 9 a.m. on Monday to qualify for that week's drawings. This drawing is not cumulative so we have new names every week.

Online Order Drawings
Scouts that sell $50 or more online will be entered into our final weekly drawing! This is cumulative so they get their name in the drawing for each $50 in sales. 

If you have any questions, contact your District Kernel (click on their name listed in the left hand column) or your council popcorn team.
Military Donations
Just a note - don't forget to include your Military Donations in your final orders! 
Recording Scout Sales
Please remember you do not have to enter the individual Scout sales into the system this year.  You  do need to fill out the
SCOUT FORM . This form will tell us how many Scouts sold and if they sold over $1,000, so we know who qualified for the Popcorn Ball and Nebraska Experience.   This is the RED sheet that was in your training packet.  Each Unit Popcorn Kernel will need to turn in this form by Friday, October 28th.  Scouts will still need to sign up for the events  individually.
Transfers Anyone?
Transfers will be allowed in the system from Monday, October 24th - Wednesday, October 26th.  We already have the transfer form up on our web page if you would like to use it but no transfers  will be processed in the system until these dates. 

This will allow you to fill out a form to tell us what product you are requesting to transfer and what unit you are requesting the transfer to.  If you click  HERE, you will find the form.  This form will need to be faxed (402.431.0444), emailed or dropped off at the MAC office (12401 W Maple Road, Omaha).

Returns Anyone?
This year returns got easier - we are accepting returns by container!  They still need to be in the original cases even if the cases are not full.

All districts will accept returns at the November Roundtables except Soaring Eagle which will be Saturday, October 29th and Lewis & Clark which will be Thursday, November 3rd. SE & L&C will be at the metro warehouse.

More information will be coming from your District Kernels.
Questions on Final Payments?
All payments are due by Monday, November 21st.  
Each unit will bring a unit check to final order pick up for the full amount due.  Not sure how to find that amount?  You can follow these steps - 
1.  Log into the popcorn system.
2.  Click on Reports on the left side of the page.
3.  Click on Unit Invoice.
4.  Click on Preview.
5.  There is a box that has Total Due to Council.  That is the total you will bring a check for.
6.  These checks will be cashed on December 5th.
7.  All checks should be made out to MAC or Mid-America Council.

Popcorn Ball & NE Experience Announcement!!
Has your Scout sold $1000?  Is he working up to selling $1500?  We are excited to announce the 2016 Popcorn Ball dates and the Nebraska Experience!

Sioux City Popcorn Ball 
The Sioux City Popcorn Ball will be on Saturday, December 3rd at Morningside College.  We are going to be cheering on the Men's and Women's Basketball Teams at Morningside College.  More information will be coming soon!

Omaha Popcorn Ball
The Omaha Popcorn Ball will be held on Saturday, December 10th.  We will be cheering on the Creighton Blue Jays Men's Basketball Team.  More information will be coming soon! 

2016 Nebraska Experience
ALL NEW!  All our $1500 sellers are invited to the University of Nebraska - Lincoln Rumble and Tumble Event on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at 2 p.m.  This event will be gymnastics and wrestling.  We are excited to offer this new option for the Nebraska Experience!
