Choosing your Fabric for summer

Choosing your Fabric -- naturally!

As the sun moves high in the sky, we focus on Linen. Just like wool, linen has many personalities. Linen is an ancient fibre derived from the flax plant. The fibres can be as long as 30-51cm. Long fibres are used to make a crisp, fine, shiny fabric. Depending on the fibre length and the way it is spun, linen fabric can also be soft, and even thick -- great for winter clothes. Our Ralston collection is made from different linen fabrics.
Not all linen will wrinkle.  If you want to wear linen, but don't like the wrinkles, there is a linen fabric for you.  Linen lovers will often love the wrinkles just as they love the natural fabric with its long history.  Learn more about Linen HERE.
