Published in 2011, _Maggie Goes On A Diet_ tells the story of an overweight 14-year-old who, well, goes on a diet, starts exercising, and eventually becomes her school's star soccer player.

It's fake!

_It Hurts When I Poop!_ was published in 2007 to help kids understand the digestive system, so they'll make healthier choices when it comes to what they eat (fiber, duh).

_It's Just A Plant: A Children's Story About Marijuana_ is a recent addition to the "weird, but very real kids' book" library. Published in 2013, the book follows a young girl as she learns about the magic plant from her parents, a farmer, a doctor, and a police officer.

_The Night Dad Went To Jail_ is part of a book series called "Life's Challenges." The books are designed to help kids through difficult times, like when a loved one is put behind bars.

According to Amazon, _Does God Love Michael's Two Daddies?_ was released in 2007 to "combat the promotion of homosexuality" with books like _Heather Has Two Mommies_.

This is really just a case of a bad title. The 1995 book is designed to teach kids about respecting differences, and that everyone is created equal.

_Don't Make Me Go Back, Mommy: A Child's Book About Satanic Ritual Abuse_ was published in 1990, and illustrates "the nature and practice of satanic ritual abuse."

Microsoft released this book in 2007 to educate children about the importance of a stay-at-home server. What.

Published in 2001, _Hair In Funny Places_ teaches kids about puberty through a funny, lighthearted conversation between a girl and her teddy bear.

That's OK, you're probably too old to read these books anyway!
