LET THE parade of pastas begin.

Brooklyn’s second annual Italian Restaurant Week kicks off Oct. 8 with eight days of culinary delights from across the borough.

More than 40 restaurants scattered from DUMBO to Sheepshead Bay and Bensonhurst will treat diners to discounts and specials through Oct. 15.

Dozens of eateries are offering $15 to $20 lunch specials and dinner deals for $20 to $30.

Those who can’t wait, can RSVP for a free preview party scheduled for Oct. 7 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.at Il Centro in Bensonhurst.

The new, six-story Italian-American community center at 18th and Benson Aves. officially opens in December, but party-goers can take a sneak peek while munching on delicacies from an array of Brooklyn chefs and restaurants.
