Again, our refrigerators are full of local produce! Long time members and Food Co-op suppliers John & Vicki from Break O' Day Farm have heaps of seasonal herbs & greens in the Shop. We recently started stocking Shoalhaven Mushrooms from the NSW South Coast & Certified Organic Potatoes from Crookwell, NSW, and Pendon Farms is still delivering heaps of fresh veggies & flowers. Spring is here, and the local producers are out in full force. Come grab some beautiful seasonal veggies today!

Get Involved...
There are always heaps of projects around the Food Co-op Shop, for which you can volunteer. We are constantly adding new projects and teams to help with - the more volunteers the merrier! Check out a list of current donation and volunteer needs below. Please email us to find out more, and remember volunteering one hour per fortnight entitles you to a fortnight long 15% discount.
While we always attempt to have volunteer jobs available at any given time, please ring (02) 6230 7505 or email before you come in to ensure we can slot you in. Dropping in does not always guarantee there will be a job to do immediately to receive your discount. Please attempt to plan ahead and we will endeavor to accommodate your time and energy. Thank you, and we look forward to working with you soon.
- Please donate recyclable timber and/or other building supplies usable for garden beds, furniture, shelving.
- Please donate large reusable storage containers suitable for food with tight fitting lids.
- Please donate any clean bottles and/or jars with tight fitting lids
- Please bring in any vegetables, herbs, and/or other produce to sell on consignment.
- We are looking for volunteers to pick up stock from local growers and producers at the EPIC Markets on Saturday mornings and deliver it to the Co-op.
- We are looking for volunteers to staff festival stalls over the coming months.
- We are looking for volunteers to help with afternoon clean up in the kitchen and cafe from 1pm-3pm.
- We are looking to put together a video production team.
- We are putting together a (indoor/outdoor) garden construction team before the Spring planting season is upon us.
- We are looking to put together a fundraising team to plan and organise fundraising events.
- We are looking for volunteers for the Tuesday morning delivery and veggie box team to pack and deliver fruit & veggie boxes to the ANU and local businesses and homes on Tuesday mornings.

We would super appreciate any help you can give - an hour here or there is a huge, huge help! Come by anytime and someone will be there to get you onto a project. (You can sign up on our volunteer roster on the front counter or just show up! There is always something that needs to be done ;)).
