3 Makeup Ideas I Can't Wait to Try This Fall

I am really limping to the finish line this summer when it comes to beauty. I started off so strong, with great sunscreen game and fresh hair color, yet here I am with tank-top tan lines and a perma-neglected pedicure (and how can we forget the fiasco with my hair turning green in the pool). What can I say—I've been a busy girl when it comes to work, so in my downtime I go deep into kick-back mode. There's not much leftover time or energy for primping. That's why I'm extra looking forward to fall, the official season of new starts. I have so many fall beauty resolutions in my head, but to begin, here are a few of the fun makeup ideas we saw at fall 2014 Fashion Week that I can't wait to try once I'm out of cutoffs and back in my skinny jeans. 1. Berry lip stain. Lots of fall's models wore lipstick that looked like it was kissed-off right from the get-go. It's such a sexy and easy way to wear bolder color on your mouth. 2. Brushed-up brows. I'm much more aware of filling in and brushing my brows when I get made

I'm much more aware of filling in and brushing my brows when I get made up these days (aren't we all?), but I haven't tried a trendier statement, like brushing the hairs upward a bit. Totally on the to-do list for fall.

3. Shimmery undereye pencil. I want to try wearing just a smidge of smudgy glitter under my lower lash line, in a light earth/skin tone for day and a darker sexy color for night (think gunmetal or dirty gold). Some sparkle and glam is totally what I am craving right now.
