Jeremy Rushmer (Clinical Director of the North Cumbria Tust) is stripping West Cumberland hospital of it's key services. He is doing this too fast, without any public consultation and consideration for the West Cumbrian peoples safety. As Chief Executive if Ann Farrar is allowing this man to put public safety at risk then she is no longer an effective CEO. We the committee therefore ask the public to sign this petition as a show of no confidence in the clinical director and the CEO of North Cumbria Trust
