Starting to feel better again as I did when I started Nons 8 week plan the first time back in January. Already sleeping better,energy levels are up and I'm feeling good.
Today was suppose to be a rest day but as I didn't start work until 1pm today,the temptation of weights and punchbag in your garden on a sunny day is too tempting to ignore.
So after creating a "5 a day" PAS phase three smoothie I got to work and had a quick half hour blast in the garden.
Lunch was a turkey and ham while meal bagel with a banana at 3pm,chicken and ham fajita for tea and some nuts when I arrived home at 10pm.
Been really busy in work so lots of physical stuff going on......it's like a mini workout in the workplace too!!
Early start tomorrow,food prepped so I'm off to bed.......if I can sleep in this heat.
