4 Week Reformer Level 1 Series

The 4 Week Reformer Level 1 Series is open to Beginner to Intermediate Students. Students will perform a unique and challenging circuit of Pilates exercises utilizing the Allegro 2 Reformer and Mat. This workout fuses multiple Pilates modalities to sculpt and trim hard to target areas while engaging the core and strengthening the body proportionally. Students will learn equipment settings 
 as well as proper transitions for optimal flow between exercises.

*Max of 3 Students.
