I'm extremely disappointed with the app's function. It often fails to locate my current location accurately, even after manually entering my address, causing me to waste time and effort in correcting it. The map is slow and unresponsive, it takes a long time to load, and often crashes or freezes, and the interface is cluttered, and it makes it difficult to book a ride.

Hi, apologies for this. Before making an order, you need to use the latest version of Gojek app 4.21 and give the Gojek app access to your phone location. If the issue persists, report it to us through the Help menu type 'GPS Problem' in the search bar fill in the form and attach psr-23-0084-0345-13219 in the 'Tell us more' field.^Meta

The app would be great if I could actually use my credit card. The system keep telling me that my 3D Secure needs to be activated, but it is already active. I have even spoken with my bank multiple times and there is no problem with my cards. It is also wanting an Indonesian phone number to be able to access certain features, this would be so much better I'd you could just add extra country codes.

The app is great! The ride service is great! unfortunately if you want to get ripped off use their go-food service. Not once but twice. Both times I have ordered through their service I have been ripped off. What really bothers me is the fact that I tipped the drivers both times. Its service like this that makes a person to become selfish and never tip these ______________ Fill in the blank for with your own words.
