MONMOUTH, Ore. – With the football home opener this coming Saturday, the Western Oregon University Athletic Department would like to showcase its gameday experiences.
 
Western Oregon University is committed to providing the best game day and event experience possible. All Wolves events should be fun, safe and enjoyable for all fans and participants. All parties must comply with NCAA, GNAC, State of Oregon and Western Oregon University rules and regulations. Fans of all teams are encouraged to cheer loudly and represent their institutions with pride.
 
The athletic department would like to thank all fans for coming to WOU events, and encourage fans to be courteous to our guests and other home fans, to keep a fun and safe environment for everyone to enjoy.
 
NO PETS ALLOWED
For the safety of all fans, we ask that all pets are not brought to Western Oregon athletic events. There is the exception of trained Service Animals assisting guests with disabilities.
 
CAPTIOL AUTO REDZONE TAILGATER
Wolves fans and visitors can enjoy this unique college football experience at WOU. Members of the Wolves Club at or above the $300 level and have purchased season tickets will have reserved parking with their names painted in two stalls and do not have to pay. Parking will be available in the Redzone on game days for $10 a spot, first come first serve in any stall that is not painted or marked. Alcoholic beverages are allowed but must stay within the Redzone fence. Fans are welcome to grill but no open flames. Gates will open at 9:45 a.m. on game day and overnight camping is not allowed. At the conclusion of the game all trash and belongings must be picked up. 
 
WOLF WALK
At 12:30 the football team will be making its way from the field into the locker room under the stadium on the outside of the stadium near the Capitol Auto Redzone just before they head out onto the field. Western Oregon invites you to line the walk way and cheer on the team as they head into the locker room.
 
TICKET BOOTH/WILL CALL
Tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the game starting at 11am.  Will Call will also open at 11am.
 
ENTRY AND RE-ENTRY
A ticket is required to enter the venue.  Upon leaving the venue in order to gain access back into the stadium a hand stamp from the ticket taker is required.
 
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE
No outside food or beverage will be allowed inside the stadium.
 
CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available at McArthur Field. Cash is the only form of payment accepted currently.  A percentage of sales will go toward the athletic program working that day.
 
SPORTSMANSHIP
Fans are encouraged to provide a positive cheering atmosphere at all times. Any chants or cheers that contain profanity, derogatory, or political statements are not permitted.
 
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Hand-held banners and signs are permitted at WOU athletic events, provided that they are in good taste, contain no profanity, derogatory or political statements, present no safety hazard and do not block the view of the other guests.
 
FIELD POLICY
Field access is limited to participating student-athletes, coaches, officials, support personnel and other credentialed individuals. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the field. Any individual on the field must have a credential shown at all times. Media members must stay within designated areas and display appropriate credentials/vests at all times.
 
GAME PROGRAMS
Game programs will be available before and during the game, as supplies last. Programs are available in the both behind the main ticket entrance.
