Meet Austin's newest Yoga Teachers to hit the scene. Classes lead by recent graduates of the Yoga Illumined Teacher Training program held at Castle Hill. All instructors have trained with and been mentored by Sumukhi Kristina Lanuza and Zoe Mantarakis. These grads are ready to razzle dazzle you with their skillful yogic arts. This is a chance to open our community and welcome budding teachers into the fold. Classes will be 2hr all-levels hatha flow with the theme of gratitude, abundance, and generosity. In lieu of a $ donation for class, we ask that each participant bring an new & unwrapped toy or gift card to a toy store.
