Fight Gone Bad  Fundraiser Workout
FOCUSED INDIVIDUAL TRAINING  TRAINING THE ATHLETE IN EVERY BODY

FIGHT GONE BAD
OCTOBER 25, 2014
Starting at 8:00am

Fight Gone Bad is a fundraiser workout. Just like the past two years, CrossFit Los Altos is supporting U.S. Pain Foundation. This organization is very important to FIT and Rick Dyer's family as his wife, Nicole, lives with the neurological and chronic pain disorder, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Having been fortunate to have access to all types of therapies, Nicole has been strong and well for many years. Sadly, this is not the case for the majority of people living with chronic conditions.

U.S. Pain Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization dedicated to serving the 100 million Americans living with pain and medical conditions. U.S. Pain focuses on creating public awareness on the topic of pain while uniting the pain community, empowering those suffering and working to reduce barriers to care through various patient-education programs. For more information about the U.S. Pain Foundation and their efforts, simply visit

While CrossFit Los Altos would love everyone to make attempts to raise funds, there will be no fundraising minimum to participate.

However, those who donate $50 receive a ‘CrossFit Los Altos FGB’ T-shirt.

This year we have teamed with FirstGiving to make it easier for friends who may want to donate in support of your efforts to do so by visiting your own personal fundraising page. When you register for FGB, FirstGiving will quickly help you setup a personal page that you can share with family and friends to spread awareness about US Pain Foundation and Fight Gone Bad.

The event will begin at 8am.
Depending upon the amount of athletes we have will determine the length of the event. We will have ten athletes complete the workout simultaneously. Heats will start about every 30 minutes.

We invite you all to come early and stay until the end to cheer on your fellow athletes. We will also have delicious food and drinks after the last heat. This is going to be a fun event and I am looking forward to seeing you October 25th!
