Attendee Macworld Event 2013

The First Mobile Masters at Macworld Expo in 2013 was considered by many to be a landmark event in the Mobile Movement. This year, in addition to the event, we are having a unique contest. And the 48 winners will recieve feature spreads in the second edition of the Mobile Masters interactive iTunes eBook (among many other awards). Our aim is to showcase Mobile Photography as a distinctive and expanding new movement in the history of the art form. The six prominent judges will review full ePortfolios (not single images) to curate the best images from the passionate early innovators of this underground movement.

All levels welcome! Last year's edition was by invitation only, but with so much new and exciting work emerging from a diverse range of people and locations, we wanted to invite all, from novice to pro, to submit work for inclusion. Since good work is not just about getting one or two lucky shots, but rather about a sustained vision across a body of work, we will be looking at broader e-portfolios of work via a link like Flickr or Instagram. Learn More

We want the work chosen to be considered more than just good "mobile" work so we have invited a diverse, distinguished group of jurors comprising three from the fine art photography world and three top mobile photography artists. Learn More

Winners Announced on the Big Stage

The winners will be announced and their work shown at Mobile Masters/Macworld in San Francisco on March 26, 2014. This expo is the largest gathering of Apple products and fans (about 30,000) and has run for the last 28 years. Learn More

More Then a Just Workshop - It's An Experience

At Macworld/iWorld in January 2013 we talked about mobile photography crossing the threshold of viability and acceptability.
