Dharma Path 300-Hour Advanced Studies Teacher Training

Dharma Path 300-hour Teacher Training, accredited by Yoga Alliance, begins on Sunday, March 19th.  Lead by Director John Berg with support from Louis Jackson, Ben Thomas, Lorien Neargarder, Hillary Easom and Lindsay Amrein Samyama's Dharma Path Advanced Studies promises to nurture your teaching skills, deeper your personal practice  and to open your heart.
 
With 300 studio contact hours guaranteed over the course of twenty weeks we'll examine what it means to be a yoga teacher through the study of asana, philosophy, lifestyle, teaching methodology and anatomy.

Compassion Cultivation Training with
Adam Burn

Adam returns for the second year to teach Compassion Cultivation Training, an 8-week class developed through Stanford University's CCARE program.

Class Notes
Lunchtime Vinyasa 

Beginning January 3rd Mid-day Vinyasa will be 75 minutes from 11:30 to 12:45. And it you've not already heard, Michelle is taking off on a wonderful adventure.  We'll miss her so much!  Lynn, who teaches Thursdays Lunchtime Vinyasa, will be taking over Tuesdays beginning January 30th.
