We’ve known for awhile now that Neil Patrick Harris and husband David Burtka would be guest starring this season on American Horror Story but here’s our first official look. Leaning into his very real fascination with magic, Harris plays a stage magician complete with vaudeville makeup and an eye-catching jacket. There’s another cameo in this teaser that American Horror Story fans will love. Season 1 and 3 regular Jamie Brewer returns as the fantastical embodiment of Harris’s ventriloquist dummy. Great, as if this season wasn’t petrifying enough.

As you no doubt know, Harris and his family absolutely kill it with the group costumes every year on Halloween. Now it seems they’ve come to conquer Christmas.
