Dad Annoys The Heck Out Of His Kids By Making PB&Js Based On Their Instructions

The challenge included lots of peanut butter (on the wrong part of the bread).

A dad known online as Josh Darnit took frustration to the next level by making a simple request of his kids: Write down instructions on how to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

On Jan 26, the Vine star, whose real name is Josh Gaines, shared a video on his YouTube channel that shows his family attempting the “Exact Instructions Challenge.”

For the challenge, Gaines tries to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich based only on directions from his kids, Johnna and Evan. Several blobs of peanut butter (on the wrong part of the bread) later and the dad finally makes a decent snack ― but not without a few frustrated sighs from the kids.

As Gaines pointed out in the video’s description, the challenge was a “great lesson for communication and a fun practice in patience!”
