KYOSHI GARCIA SEMINAR!

SKILLS, DRILLS & CONDITIONING CLASS!

  

   The 6:00-7:00pm, Monday night Adult Group Class, will be focusing on practical skills, drills and conditioning, starting immediately!  This class will be a great chance for all students 13yrs and older, to improve their confidence, defensive skills, and get into tremendous condition - all in a very safe and fun environment!  All elements of the martial arts will be addressed - Sparring, dynamic kicking, combinations, kata, weapons and more, it will all be covered using some of the best drills on the planet! Remember, drills build skills!  Can't wait to see you there.
