All I got was someone who communicated with the creditor on what I wanted and what the creditor wanted. Didn't get much representation or any plan of action how to actually get a good settlement. Only spoke to Michael at the initial call, maybe once in the middle of an associate change and then the end with another invoice to collect. We ended up just agreeing to a payment plan with the creditor which I could have and should have done myself. Never got an itemized bill for the initial retainer. You live and learn.

I do not recommend this law firm. For many different reasons, they do use the unprofessional unexperienced attorneys that are rookies and in the meantime very rude and domineering. Their outcome is also not favorable. I would have given less than 1 or is 0 grading if possible

ATTORNEYS JUST DON'T GET BETTER THAN THIS!!!

When I came to the Law Offices of Michael Jay Berger I had a very mixed up situation involving bankruptcy and a VERY complicated AP case. This doesn't happen in most BK's, but when it does Michael is who you want on your side!!! He unwinded all the craziness. put together a winning strategy and implemented it! Michael and his attorneys wrote extremely well thought out motions and attended all the hearings with excellence and professionalism. As I mentioned my case was not a normal one, I was extremely nervous because I had a very egregious, litigious family member coming after me and I needed someone exceptional! Michael is a brilliant man, well-spoken, logical, SMART and TRUSTWORTHY!!! Yathida, Sophia and the rest of his staff are stellar, hard-working and honest!

Michael knew when and what to say (with me and the judge!!) and was patient where necessary. He answered my many questions with good advice and kept me on the right path.
