'Food Forward' Bar From Lolita Team Is Heading Downtown

The team behind Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar, COJE Management Group, has a new downtown restaurant in the works. A listing for kitchen management positions popped up yesterday on Craigslist. The new concept is a "very food forward" bar, with "social" dishes that borrow "flavors and techniques that span global influence," according to the job post.

Interested, experienced sous chefs should apply online, and then hit up the tipline with more about this forthcoming downtown spot.

UPDATE: The restaurant will be a "modern supper club" called Yvonne's, opening in the former Locke-Ober space.
