This week's new and special...

OUR FALL COLORS - BRIGHT LEAVES AGAINST THE CLEAR BLUE SKY………..
After the rain and the frost , the leaves turn full on.  And on a warm afternoon like today, walking among the stone fruit trees is really fine.
We are finishing a small dig of potatoes, cleaning up more fields.  Studying more about diversified plantings and more permanant soil covers.

WINTER SQUASH -
Lots of Butternut and Fairy squash in supply. Perfect blend for pies and soups as well as using for sides.  White acorn is so sweet this year and skin is edible like a delicata.

PEPPERS -
Down to the last boxes of cayenne and looking to smoke these with the last of the jalapenos.  Good supply of smoked tomatoes.  Some still going into the smoker.  And lots more garlic to smoke as well.

APPLES -
The last pick is probably tomorrow, so we will have some #1s this week.  There are still a few boxes of #2s available .  Then that is it!  Thank you  !!
