Rent assistance for Anthony Turner

Anthony Turner is a parapalegic who has lived in an assisted nursing home for several years,  Prior to that he has been in and out of hospitals.
Anthony was involved in a car accident when he was 25 years old where he was paralized from the waist down.  He is now 54 years old.
Access 2 Independence is trying to get him moved out of the Rehabilitation Facility into his own apartment to improve his quality of life.  He needs these funds to have a down payment for his new apartment.
