When I started as a residential Realtor in January of 2002 for the ormond beach fl homes for sale, the market was just starting to warm up. By the spring of 2002, in certain areas of Montgomery County, multiple offer situations on a real estate sale were very prominent.

The first deal that I closed was a multiple offer scenario. Rates were about 6.25% , give or take  .25 percent up or down. By seasoned agents recollections or anyone for that matter who had bought a house in the late 70’s and 80’s this was a terrific environment to make a home purchase.

My edge to a lot of my initial success was having a great Mortgage Consultant and mortgage lenders in my corner, advising, teaching and showing me the back side of a real estate transaction, ” the financial part” as most would categorize it. Frankly “the financial part” is the beginning and ultimately the end of a real estate deal- successful or not successful.
