Box Score Looking to end 2014 with a seven game winning streak, Kentucky Wesleyan women's basketball took the court against undefeated Carson-Newman.
Opening the game on a 9-0 run, KWC looked to be in control. However, Carson-Newman would improve to 11-0 on the season, outscoring KWC 33-9 to end the first half and going on to win 76-45.
Bria Wright led the way for the Panthers with her second double-double of the season, scoring 11 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. No other KWC player scored in double-figures.
The Panthers return to the court on Jan. 5, 2015 at the Sportscenter against G-MAC foe Ursuline College.
