Celebration of DVD release “Another Good Road”
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (November 10, 2014) -- An Evening With John Oates & Special Guests at the City Winery in Nashville, benefitting the T.J. Martell Foundation, will be held Monday, January 26, 2015. The first special guests, Warner Brothers’ recording artists, Ashley Monroe and Brett Eldredge have just been announced with more artists to be added. The evening will also celebrate the release of Oates’ upcoming DVD release Another Good Road, which in addition, is scheduled to debut as a special on Palladia January 24, 2015.
 
Oates will perform a selection of songs from his recent release Good Road To Follow as well as classic Hall & Oates hits. Additional guest artists will be announced closer to the event date.

ABOUT JOHN OATES:
John Oates is one half of one of rock's most successful duos of all time, Hall & Oates, as well as an accomplished solo artist. He has sold over 80 million albums, is a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and a BMI Icon. In addition to his continuing touring with Daryl Hall, John just completed a world solo tour with J.O.B. (John Oates Band) and has been producing and writing with some of the most well known artists in the pop, R&B, and Americana genres. In 2014 he was inducted in to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, along with Daryl Hall, and released his fifth solo album Good Road To Follow.

Martell Foundation is the music industry’s largest foundation that funds innovative medical research focused on finding cures for leukemia, cancer & AIDS; it has provided over $260 million over the past thirty-nine years. The Foundation funds early-stage research projects at twelve excellent institutions across the nation. This research is aimed at developing more effective clinical treatments for patients which otherwise might not be funded.
