Police have charged a 30-year-old Woorabinda woman after an alleged assault that occurred this morning in Park Avenue.
Police will allege shortly after midnight, police were called to an address on Glenmore Road where a 25-year-old man sustained a wound to his back.
The 25-year-old man was transported to the Rockhampton Base hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The 30-year-old has been charged with unlawful wounding and is due to appear in the Rockhampton Magistrates Court later today.
