Land Advisors Organization has brokered its own deal with Bellevue-based Cameron Land Group to expand its presence in Washington State. Cameron Land Group was founded in 2008 by Scott Cameron and Wes Falkenborg, to satisfy the demand in the Puget Sound market for a land broker focused on the needs of both sellers and buyers of residential land. The company was approached by Land Advisors Organization, a nationwide brokerage firm, to become the Washington State division.
For the clients of Cameron Land Group, this union creates a new opportunity for them to gain access to expanded service offerings, including resort and hospitality expertise, a capital advisory group, market insight and research, and cutting-edge technology.
